The Tulip Package

Our Tulip Package includes everything you need for your wedding day:

• Organization and translations of documents (a maximum of 4 standard documents plus their Apostile stamps)¹
• Booking of the ceremony location of your choice
• Confirmation of the time and date of the wedding
• Email and telephone support prior to your wedding
• The wedding ceremony
• Stand in as witnesses if required
• Present for signing of the Mariage licence the following day
• Wedding consultation on arrival in Rhodes
• Visit to ceremony & reception venues ⁶
• Your wedding certificate translated into English

Three wedding co-ordinators on the wedding day:

• Co-ordinator with the bride
• Co-ordinator with the groom and the other guests at your ceremony venue
• Co-ordinator at the reception venue until the cutting of the cake or first dance

Additionally:

• A 3 tier Greek sponge wedding cake (around 30 portions, extra tiers can be arranged)
• A bridal bouquet and a button hole for the groom⁵
• Bridesmaid Bouquet
• Extra four button holes
• Wedding photography co-ordination
• Photographer at ceremony 30 prints and CD of photos
• Video of ceremony
• Wedding Favours
• Bridal Hair
• Organsiation of reception and additional services²

Package Total

£1645.00

We require a 20% deposit for the Tulip package which is non refundable, and we ask that the final amount is settled one month before the wedding day³.

1 A small fee applies for extra documents, please also note that Apostile stamps also require translation.

2 There are many extra services available to compliment our wedding package (see the additional services menu by clicking here). We will provide a full price list of the extras available with the response to your initial enquiry.

3 Any extra services booked are paid here locally in resort.

4 Co-ordinator will attend reception until cake cutting if reception has been booked by us (please note cake cutting is usually arranged on arrival at the reception for the purposes of the photographers).⁴

5 Additional fee may apply for some flower types.

6 Where a visit is required prior to the wedding a member of our wedding team will meet you at your chosen venue
